Our Guides

We are proud to introduce our guides—a dedicated team of Montessori professionals, each contributing their unique blend of expertise and passion to create exceptional learning environments. They are eager to share their knowledge, experiences, and practical insights into Montessori pedagogy and entrepreneurship, igniting inspiration as you embark on your transformative educational journey!
Iryna embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 2000 at Kyiv National Economic University, where she earned a master’s degree in International Economic Relations. Her passion for education and diverse cultures inspired her vision to establish international schools in the heart of major cities. In 2007, she took a significant step toward realizing this vision by opening the first Hopscotch Montessori preschool in Kyiv, Ukraine. With an impressive 17 years of experience in the educational sector, Iryna has evolved into a visionary leader. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of five schools across four countries, providing educational services to more than 300 families.

Iryna’s unwavering commitment to education and her continuous pursuit of knowledge have shaped her into a dynamic leader in the field. She completed the AMS Montessori Administrator Program (WSMS — TEP- NYC) and obtained her AMS Credential. Additionally, Iryna participated in a Leadership Coaching Management course at Harvard Division of Continuing Education and received training in Montessori Coaching from the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector in Chicago.

Her passion for holistic education has led her to pursue training in Sensory Integration and Positive Discipline. As an ambassador for peace education and advocate for making children’s voices heard, Iryna has become a presenter at both in-person and online international conferences. Her writings have been published in business media, reflecting her views on education. Iryna is also the visionary founder of Hopscotch Hub, an educational platform for Montessori entrepreneurs, leaders, and educators. She is dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to foster peaceful practices within communities of children, families, Montessori educators, and leaders.

Iryna Drozdovska — Founder, Visionary, and CEO of Montessori Projects

Jeff’s educational background is both robust and comprehensive. He holds an M.Ed. in Early Childhood and Special Education from Concordia College in New York, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Empire State College. He also holds an AMS credential in Early Childhood (WSMS — TEP — NYC). When Jeff joined Hopscotch Montessori as Executive Director and Management Partner, his profound respect for children aligned perfectly with Iryna Drozdovska’s philosophical vision.

As an AMS-certified Montessori educator with over 15 years of experience, Jeff has honed his expertise in creative teaching methods, cultivating peaceful classroom environments, and nurturing students' intrinsic motivation. His training at the Shelton School Evaluation Center—focused on applying the Montessori method to children with Level 1 Risk—demonstrates his commitment to addressing diverse learning needs and ensuring that every student can thrive.

Additionally, Jeff has obtained a Positive Discipline certificate and participated in Montessori Coaching training at the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector in Chicago.
His extensive background in teaching, Montessori philosophy, and leadership makes him an invaluable guide for both our Teacher Training and Entrepreneurship in Montessori programs, as well as a sought-after speaker at international conferences.
